Partner Code of Conduct
Effective September 7, 2026. This Code of Conduct forms part of the Wednesday Partner Program agreement between you (“Partner”, “you”) and Wednesday Research LLC (“Wednesday”, “we”). By applying to or participating in the Partner Program you agree to this Code, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Research Use Disclaimer. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service, this Code controls for Partner Program matters.
1. The one rule that matters most
Every Wednesday product is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. None of them is a drug, supplement, cosmetic, food, or medical device, and none is intended for human or animal consumption or for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose. As a Partner you must never say, imply, show or suggest otherwise, in any medium, to any audience. Everything else in this Code is a specific application of that rule.
2. Eligibility and approval
You must be at least 21 years old, must provide accurate information in your application and keep it current, and must have a genuine audience or network in scientific, academic, laboratory or research communities. We review every application manually and may accept or decline any application at our sole discretion, without giving a reason. Approval is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or shared. You may hold only one Partner account.
3. Prohibited claims and content
You must not, directly or indirectly, in text, image, video, audio, live stream, private message or any other form:
- Make or repeat any claim that a Wednesday product treats, cures, prevents, mitigates or diagnoses any disease or condition, or affects the structure or function of the human or animal body.
- Provide, suggest or discuss dosing, administration routes, injection technique, reconstitution for personal use, cycling, stacking, or any protocol for use in or on a human or animal.
- Describe, show or allude to your own or anyone else’s personal use of any Wednesday product, including “before and after” content, testimonials, “results” or “my experience” framing.
- Use words or framing such as “supplement”, “therapy”, “treatment”, “wellness”, “biohacking”, “anti-aging”, “fat loss”, “muscle”, “recovery”, “healing”, “peptide protocol”, “TRT”, “HRT”, “GLP-1 alternative”, or any comparison to prescription medicines, when referring to Wednesday products.
- Place Wednesday links or codes in content about fitness, bodybuilding, weight loss, longevity, cosmetic enhancement, sexual health, mental health, or any other consumer-health topic.
- Present yourself as a physician, pharmacist, clinic, telehealth provider or other healthcare source in connection with Wednesday products, or offer “consultations” about them.
- Claim or imply that any product is FDA-approved, FDA-registered, “pharmaceutical grade”, “human grade”, “clinically tested”, “safe”, “legal for personal use”, or that purchasing it is lawful for a purpose other than research.
- Reproduce, alter or misrepresent any Certificate of Analysis, lab result or purity figure, or attribute a COA to a lot it does not cover.
- State prices, discounts, shipping terms or program terms that are not current on wednesdaylabs.co.
4. Required practices
- Research framing. Any description of a Wednesday product must be framed as laboratory research material. The phrase “for research use only. Not for human or animal use” (or our supplied equivalent) must appear on every page, post, video description or message where you present a product or your link/code.
- Disclosure. Clearly and conspicuously disclose your commercial relationship with Wednesday wherever you share a link or code, in compliance with the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides and any equivalent rules in your jurisdiction (for example “#ad”, “affiliate link”, or “I earn a commission from Wednesday”). Disclosures must be visible without clicking, scrolling or expanding, and must accompany each piece of content, not only a profile bio.
- Accuracy. Only use product descriptions, images and figures taken from wednesdaylabs.co or supplied in your Partner Kit, and use them without alteration except for size.
- Audience. Only direct Wednesday links or codes to adults (21+) in jurisdictions where purchase of research chemicals for laboratory use is lawful. Do not target, address or make content accessible to minors.
- Cooperation. Respond to compliance requests from Wednesday within two business days and remove or correct content within 24 hours of a request.
5. Prohibited marketing methods
- Paid search or social advertising that uses “Wednesday”, “Wednesday Labs”, “Wednesday Research”, wednesdaylabs.co, our product names or any misspelling of them as keywords, ad copy or display URL; bidding on our brand terms in any form.
- Posting your link or code on coupon, cashback, deal, loyalty or “promo code” websites, forums or extensions, or advertising your code as a public discount.
- Unsolicited email, SMS, direct messages or comments (“spam”); purchased or scraped contact lists; mass-posting in groups where you are not an active member.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects, pop-unders, typosquatted domains, or any technique that attributes a visit or order without a genuine, knowing click on your link or entry of your code.
- Self-referral: using your own link or code, or that of a household member, employee or business partner, for purchases you control. Orders placed with your own code are not commissionable and repeated attempts are grounds for termination.
- Any misleading urgency or scarcity claims, fake reviews, incentivized reviews, or artificial engagement.
- Creating websites, social accounts, email addresses or handles that could be mistaken for an official Wednesday property.
6. Use of Wednesday brand assets
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Wednesday name, logo, product photography and copy supplied in your Partner Kit solely to promote wednesdaylabs.co in accordance with this Code. You may not modify our logo, combine it with other marks, register any Wednesday-related domain or trademark, or use our assets after your participation ends. All goodwill from your use accrues to Wednesday.
7. Commissions, tracking and payment
- Commissions accrue only on orders that are placed through your tracked link or code, paid in full, shipped, and not cancelled, refunded, charged back or flagged as fraudulent. Commission is calculated on the product subtotal after discounts and excludes shipping, taxes and amounts paid with points or store credit.
- Commissions become payable after the applicable return window has closed and are paid on the monthly schedule and by the methods described on the Partner Program page, subject to the minimum payout shown there. You are responsible for supplying accurate payout details and any tax documentation we request (for example an IRS Form W-9 or W-8), and for all taxes on amounts we pay you.
- Wednesday’s tracking records are the sole basis for commission calculation. We may void, reverse or withhold any commission that in our reasonable judgment results from a violation of this Code, from fraud or abuse, or from orders we cancel or refund.
- We may change commission rates, the cookie window, payout methods or the minimum payout on 14 days’ notice via email or a notice on the Partner Program page. Changes apply to orders placed after the effective date.
8. Relationship of the parties
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, franchisee or representative of Wednesday. You have no authority to bind Wednesday, make promises on its behalf, accept orders or payments, or offer warranties. You are solely responsible for your own content, taxes, insurance and compliance with the laws that apply to you, including advertising, consumer protection, data protection and anti-spam laws.
9. Confidentiality and data
Program terms not published on our website, partner-only assets, performance data, and any non-public information about Wednesday are confidential and may be used only for participation in the program. You must not collect personal information from Wednesday customers on our behalf and must not represent that you have access to customer data. If you operate a newsletter or list, its subscribers are yours and subject to your own privacy obligations.
10. Monitoring, suspension and termination
We may review your content and channels at any time. Either party may end participation at any time on notice. We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately, and forfeit unpaid commissions, if you breach Section 1, 3, 4 or 5, provide false information, engage in fraud, or bring Wednesday into disrepute. For lesser breaches we will normally give you a written warning and 24 hours to correct. On termination you must stop using our links, codes and brand assets and remove Wednesday references from your content within 7 days; commissions on qualifying orders placed before termination that are not forfeited will be paid in the ordinary cycle.
11. Indemnity and liability
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wednesday Research LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, penalty or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your marketing methods, your breach of this Code, or any claim by a third party relating to your promotion of Wednesday products. The limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, dispute resolution and governing law provisions of the Terms of Service apply to the Partner Program and to this Code.
12. Reporting and contact
If you are unsure whether content complies, ask before you publish. Questions, asset requests and reports of suspected violations by other partners go to support@wednesdaylabs.co with “Partner Program” in the subject line.
